From one unit and one Negril job in 2014 to a family-run company trusted by corporate Jamaica and some of the biggest names to visit the island. This is how RTS Jamaica Travel & Tours came to be.
12.7.14 — the first job for the first unit, a run to Negril. One vehicle, one driver, and a simple promise: be on time, keep the vehicle spotless, and treat every passenger like they matter.
That first trip set the standard everything since has been built on.
A year in, the first unit got an upgrade. Better comfort for passengers, more room for luggage, and the beginning of the fleet mindset that defines RTS today: the vehicle should always match the occasion.
By 2016 the business had outgrown its beginnings again. Another transformation of the fleet, more corporate work in Kingston, and a growing reputation for reliability with the clients who needed it most.
A transportation company is only as good as the people behind the wheel. Larone "Larry" Campbell, a former RTS driver, and Paul Reid helped build the reputation RTS carries today — punctual, courteous, and trusted with every kind of passenger.
